About Channel

Booking
a Course Upon receiving your contact form, we will send you a
Registration Form as a Word document. Please read and
complete the Form and return it by post or email to Channel English
Studies, together with a deposit of 20% unless otherwise agreed.
Upon
receipt of the Registration Form and Deposit, Channel will send a
confirmation letter with a final invoice.
The balance of fees MUST be received not later than 28 days
before the start of the course. Channel
cannot guarantee to hold the booking unless full payment is received by
the due date. No course will commence until the full fees are
received. Payments Please
make all payments by Sterling Bankers Draft drawn on a London Bank or by
Bank Transfer, or Eurocheque. (Your

Cancellations The deposit is
non-refundable, except in the event of Channel being unable to accept or
fulfill a reservation when fees will be refunded in full and Channel
shall not be responsible for any loss incurred hereby.
Cancellations must be received in writing.
Charges will be applied as follows: Up to 14 days before
start date:
20% Up to 7 days before
start date
50% Less than 7 days before start date
100% Insurance and
Liability Channel accepts no
liability whatsoever for accident, illness, theft, loss or damage to
personal effects and strongly recommends the student take out personal
insurance. Damage caused by
the student, accidental or otherwise, is the responsibility of the
student or the student’s parents in the case of a minor.
